We offer free shipping on all orders over $75.
Preparation time for all orders averages 2–7 business days prior to shipping. Delivery typically takes an additional 2–5 business days with Standard Shipping or 4–8 business days with Express Shipping.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors such as holidays, weather conditions, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Due to our products being made to order, we cannot offer size exchanges or returns at this time. Before purchasing any of our products, please look at the sizing guide charts on each product description.
If your order arrives damaged, or there's a mistake on our end, please contact us at closerclothingcompany@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right. After 7 days, we won't be able to process returns or replacements. To be eligible for a return or replacement, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
Generally:
Machine wash cold (max 30°C or 90°F)
Do not bleach
Tumble dry on low heat
Steam on low heat
Do not iron directly over the printed area — the print may stick to the iron
Do not dry clean

Print Mistake Policy
At Closer Clothing Co, we want you to love every item you receive. If your order arrives with a printing error (misprint, incorrect design, wrong colors, placement issues, etc.), we will make it right.
How It Works
If you believe your item has a print mistake:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at closerclothingcompany@gmail.com
- Provide your order number and photos clearly showing the issue.
- Our team will review your claim within 1–2 business days.
What We Will Do
If the issue is confirmed to be a print or production error on our part, we will:
- Send a brand-new replacement item at no additional cost.
- If a replacement is not available, we will offer a full refund or store credit—your choice.
What Is Not Covered
This policy does not apply to:
- Wrong size ordered by customer
- Color differences due to screen brightness
- General wear and tear
- Damage caused after you received your order
Return Requirements
To process a replacement or refund, we require that the misprinted item be shipped back to us. We will provide the return instructions and a prepaid shipping label once your claim is approved.
